1. What makes Melon Decor's products unique?

At Melon Decor, we take pride in offering a variety of unique and handmade products. Each item is carefully crafted with love and attention to detail, making them truly one-of-a-kind. 

2. How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase, so take your time to decide if it's the right fit for you.

3. What is the return process?

To initiate a return, simply contact us at info@melondecor.shop. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please make sure the item is in the same condition as when you received it, with tags and in its original packaging.

4. Is there a fee for returns?

For returns initiated without a specific reason, such as a change of mind, a flat rate return shipping fee of 15 euros or 13 pounds will be applied. This fee will be deducted from your refund. However, if the return is due to an error on our part, including but not limited to the receipt of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, the return shipping will be provided at no additional cost to you.

5. Can I return personalized or custom items?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for personalized or custom items. These products are specially made to your specifications and cannot be resold. However, if there is an issue with the quality or craftsmanship of the item, please contact us and we'll find a solution together.

6. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we'll do everything we can to ensure you receive a replacement or refund.

7. Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures a smooth and efficient process for both you and us.

8. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

9. Can I return sale items or gift cards?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All sales of these items are final. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us and we'll be happy to assist you.

10. What if I'm located in the European Union?

If you're located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The same return conditions apply, and a flat rate return shipping fee of €15 will be deducted from your refund if there is no specific reason for the return. However, if the return is justified due to damages or issues with the product, the return shipping will be free of charge.
