The Selenite Skyline Surprise

When renowned eco-architect Marco Delano proposed building the world’s first "Crystal Tower," his investors were intrigued. Selenite’s soft glow and natural beauty would create a shimmering beacon in the city skyline. Marco envisioned light streaming through translucent selenite walls, filling offices with an ethereal glow.

Construction began, and workers carefully stacked massive selenite slabs into place. The tower shimmered beautifully — until the first rainstorm. As the downpour soaked the structure, the selenite began to soften, and by morning, the once-majestic tower looked more like a melting candle. Office chairs slid across the sagging floors, and chunks of crystal squished underfoot.

Marco, ever the optimist, declared it an "interactive art installation" reflecting the impermanence of modern life. The city quickly added a new building code: “No Selenite in Structural Supports.”

Our Selenite Series are beautiful but also fragile, but they are safe as staying indoors only being your mood lights.
